  1. Hi there Carol, I use coconut oils for my essential oil blends and it works great. It locks the moisture longer than actual commercial moisturizer and the tip of my finger hardly peels off these days too.

    Haven’t experiment with cooking yet because I don’t cook a lot. But I am guessing that the coconut oil for application and for cooking are two different thing, right? Correct me if I am wrong.

  2. I have always known that most nuts were healthy for you and especially coconuts ,but i never knew the effects it could have for the treatment of dementia. My late father developed dementia and at the time i was unaware of coconuts as part of the medical treatment and benefit.   4. Hi there, I love coconuts and here in Thailand, they are used a lot. We use the coconut meat and milk for cooking and the oil for skin and hair treatment. I wasn’t looking for coconut oil for cooking purposes yet, I will have to check that out.
    Do you think to eat raw coconut is healthy too?
